PETERSBURG, Va. - Jada Eleby and Jada Bryant each had a double-double as the Apprentice School women's basketball team defeated Bryant & Stratton-Albany, 64-57, in the USCAA consolation game Tuesdsay afternoon.

After the Bobcats jumped out to an early lead, the Builders battled back to tie the game up at 19-19 after one quarter of play. The game went back and forth through the second quarter before Apprentice pulled away late in the period ot take a seven point lead into the locker room.

The Bobcats answered early in the second half, but the Builder fended off the pressure before again pulling away in the fourth period to earn the season-ending win.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE

• Eleby had 23 points and 15 rebounds off the bench, adding five steals and three assists.
• Bryant put up 12 points and 10 boards in the contest.
• Apprentice forced 31 turnovers and converted 26 points off them.
• With the win, the Builders finish the season with a 15-8 record.
