Bio

Coach Hasty, hired in July 2022, has been making significant strides as the Esports coach at Bryant & Stratton. Under his leadership, the Esports team has achieved success, making it to the playoffs in both the NACE and ECAC leagues, particularly excelling in games like Call of Duty and Rocket League.

Prior to joining Bryant & Stratton, Coach Hasty had a diverse background that uniquely prepared him for his coaching role. He previously ran for public office in Williamstown, Massachusetts, and served in the army, undergoing extensive training and acquiring multiple qualifications. His military experience includes completing the Ranger Leaders Course, Warrior Leaders Course, Advanced Leaders Course, and Senior Leaders Course, alongside extensive MilSim training. Notably, Coach Hasty holds qualifications such as Stryker Master Trainer, Bradley Master Gunner, and Army Instructor.

Coach Hasty earned his Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from MCLA, where he concentrated on Game Theory during his undergraduate studies. Later, he pursued a Master’s degree in Data Science at Utica.

With his diverse experiences like military training Coach Hasty brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to the Esports program at Bryant & Stratton.
