In a hard-fought game, Villa Maria Vikings found their way back to improving their record to 11-1. The Lady Bobcats came back into the second half with a stronger defense and a faster pace from the 22-38 first half. The gap was closed to a two point game but fell short when the Vikings rallied back. The final score was 56-64.
Leading the way, Anyla Harper with a double-double scored 11 points, had 11 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 steals, and one block in a well-rounded game. Kiara Sweeney had a high scoring game with 21 points, 8 blocks, 2 steals, and 3 assists. Madison Perez threw in 11 points with 5 assists and 3 rebounds. Kori Hardee played agressive defense and had 4 steals, 3 rebounds, 1 block and offensively contributed with 3 assists.
